Car accident care when you need it.
After a collision, a patient needs care that is managed end to end. Send them to us and our intake team takes it from there. We handle the whole claim alongside the patient, make sure their auto insurance carrier is billed correctly, and document their injuries and other losses at the highest quality.

What sets the care apart
Collision injuries are all we treat, and the practice is built around that, from who directs the care to how the patient gets to the visit. Open any one.
The patient is treated on a lien: care starts now, billed to the at-fault carrier, with no costs before the claim is settled. Continuity of Care Colorado holds the lien and coordinates the payoff at the end, so there is one balance and one place to settle.
A physician evaluates the injuries, sets the treatment plan, and directs every step: physical therapy, imaging, procedures, and specialist input all answer to one medical lead. The plan adjusts to how the patient actually responds.
Treating collision injuries is the whole practice, not a sideline. That focus is why the documentation, the coordination across providers, and the pace of care all hold up to how complex these injuries can be.
Every PT session is one therapist with one patient, hands-on, and progressed on an individualized plan. Never a room of patients left on machines. The therapist knows the case and moves it forward each visit.
Massage is consistently the treatment patients like most, and that is exactly why it matters clinically. It keeps the current injuries manageable while they heal, so patients stay comfortable, stay engaged, and keep coming in. Consistent attendance is what carries a recovery through to a real conclusion. It targets the soft-tissue damage imaging often misses, and works alongside the PT plan, not instead of it.
If an MRI, CT, or a specialist opinion is warranted, the clinic arranges it and carries the records, scheduling, and coverage. The patient doesn't chase a referral or assemble their own file.
The medical-assistant and administrative staff are Spanish-speaking, so Spanish-speaking patients are understood from the first phone call through the course of care, not handed off to a line.
Transportation is one of the most common reasons care stalls after a crash. We provide Uber to and from appointments so a missing ride never becomes a gap in treatment.
When a visit calls for an interpreter beyond the Spanish-speaking staff, low-cost interpretation is available so language is never a barrier to understanding their care.
A network beyond our clinics
When a patient needs more than the clinic treats, Continuity coordinates a vetted network of specialists, billed into the same lien and carried in the same file. See how the network works →
When the exam calls for it, imaging is arranged and the results travel with the rest of the record.
Diagnostic and therapeutic injections (facet, epidural, and joint) for pain that conservative care hasn't resolved, short of surgery.
Orthopedic surgeons for the injuries that need a structural read.
Neurologists for nerve involvement, radiating pain, and post-collision headaches.
Concussion and traumatic-brain-injury care, with cognitive and vestibular follow-up.
Dental and TMJ care for the jaw and bite injuries a collision can cause.
Optometry and vision therapy for the visual symptoms that follow a head or neck injury.
Counseling and behavioral-health support for anxiety, PTSD, and the mental side of recovery.
One place to settle
The lien arm
One organization, two arms.
The clinic treats the patient. Continuity of Care Colorado funds that care, coordinates the wider network, and gives you a single place to settle. A separate legal entity, kept that way on purpose.
One coordinated network
The clinic and every outside specialist work from one file. No scattered records, no chasing referrals.
Health insurance where it helps
We treat on a lien, no health-insurance billing. Continuity folds insurance into network referrals, and the hybrid works well.
A dedicated case manager
One Spanish-speaking manager, from the first visit through settlement.
One place to settle
Every clinic and network bill in one ledger. One call to close it out.
Records and bills in one portal
Clinic and network records and bills, together, ready when you need them.
